Catered Receptions

Perfect for wedding receptions, reunions, proms and other events for up to 300 guests requiring the use of one or our approved caterers. 

Rental rate includes


  • Five-hour event with exclusive use of the facility
  • Room set-up with tables and chairs by design with 8'x8' stage
  • Chiavari chairs, linen tablecloths and napkins for all tables
  • Event Coordinator present throughout event
  • Bartender(s) and all non-alcoholic beverages
  • Private bridal suite

Friday & Saturday Events


  • Under 150 Guests: $2,250; $100 per additional half-hour
  • 151-300 Guests: $2,750; $200 per additional half-hour

Monday to Thursday Events


  • Under 150 Guests: $2,000; $75 per additional half-hour
  • 151-300 Guests: $2,500; $175 per additional half-hour

We are currently unable to accept Sunday reservations.

Decorating and Clean-up


Rental time includes two hours immediately prior to the event time for decorating and one hour immediately following the event for break down. Additional decorating or clean-up time options are available. Please contact The Grove staff to explore the options available.

The Grove has a list of pre-approved caterers to choose from. If your preferred caterer is not on the list, please contact Thom Schneider by email or at 513-522-1154.
